Wait until The Big Game hits Arlington: the loud mouth Texas jerks will be bragging how much they over-paid for their tickets. I predict Texas-sized idiocy in prices paid too.Michael O'Neillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16100900614372471677noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10242068.post-92159074070934663052008-01-28T14:14:00.000-06:002008-01-28T14:14:00.000-06:00OK I have to comment again. I think MB3 + a #1 would be fair and I think Parcells more than other GMs hates the top 5 pick and would at least consider that more than most GMs which would require 2 #1s + MB3 which I think would be stupid for Dallas to do.

Please don't tell me Julius and a #1. He's a free agent and sucks. No one gives up #1 overall for spare free agents -- that is on par with Dampier for Duncan trade ideas. Please use intelligence people.Jay Callicotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02894239815256855794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10242068.post-23084120198430913572008-01-28T13:54:00.000-06:002008-01-28T13:54:00.000-06:00First off, I think if Detroit trades Williams for ...First off, I think if Detroit trades Williams for a 2nd, then Matt Millen is the dumbest man in North America. Second, I can't see why Dallas would take a RB in the first round, in some Herschel Walker type trade. WR and CB are their needs, taking a high pick on a RB seems just silly to me. Leon Washington of the Jets was taken in the fourth round, so you can find a complimentary back later in the draft. Trading Barber and a no. 1, when you have serious need at other positions would be Matt Millen-esque.P-Cathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00681428082650989902noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10242068.post-67022852772984043162008-01-28T12:48:00.000-06:002008-01-28T12:48:00.000-06:00Roy Williams for a #2? Throw in Sam Hurd or Ike Austin or another one of our speedy but dropsie WRs too!

I'd do Julius and a #1 for Miami's #1, but parting with MB3 and a #1 for McFadden is too much risk...and I'm pretty high on McFadden. But there's a reason Miami probably wouldn't want Julius and a #1...Patrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13662947282250637688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10242068.post-77597233030219126522008-01-28T11:41:00.000-06:002008-01-28T11:41:00.000-06:00I thought the Lions weren't trading Roy. I would do that and still be able to put together a nice CB and RB in the draft. I would do a #1 for Roy as well if the price went higher, a 2 seems to low unless he's picky where he goes.

Trading MB3 and a bunch of stuff to get McFadden is too risky. He's a rookie and would cost $60+? I'm not sure what MB3's price tag but unless it's rediculous let's get Felix Jones in here and have a nice 1/2 punch that doesn't fall apart if the number one guy gets hurt. If we move the world to get McFadden all our eggs are in that basket hoping he's this year's Adrian Peterson.Jay Callicotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02894239815256855794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10242068.post-29951889290875108622008-01-28T10:32:00.000-06:002008-01-28T10:32:00.000-06:00I enjoyed the two ticket brokers quoted in the fir...I enjoyed the two ticket brokers quoted in the first article. What do you expect from them? Are they gonna say, "These prices are too high. I'm sure having trouble unloading my tickets. You should probably wait until closer to the game if you want a better deal."

Some great journalism is that story. A real Woodward and Bernstein effort there.Observerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07795013871642811728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10242068.post-71269114364899057942008-01-28T10:25:00.000-06:002008-01-28T10:25:00.000-06:00Roy Williams for a number 2?? Jub-Jub reported this morning that the 'Boys were in talks with the Tuna for a crazy deal, MB3 and the second number 1 pick for the Dolphins number 1. I think that is putting a lot of faith in a rookie RB carrying the load on a team that expects to win the Super Bowl.

This Josh Hamilton dude makes me nervous.Fake Sturmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11433679028643379364noreply@blogger.com
