Vacation Time
OK- I am out until July 5th. I will still be calling the show, and posting on the blog, but out of the regular routine. In my place is Ty Walker on this site each morning. Lower your expectations and you will be fine, right, Ty?
I guess since your vacation coincides with the start of NHL free agency, we can assume the Stars will pull off a dandy trade and sign someone of significance? It seems the team does some big things when you are off the air for an extended time. The Stars' management staff checks things out, and finds that the "Sturminator" is on vacation or delivering one of his children; and quickly pulls the trigger on a deal. Nice.
i now withdraw my reverse power down drop and now insert power down ty-wall-ker drop
actually...i have nothing against ty. i think he's had the "power down" stigma cast up on him from having to perform the tickers for so long. his contributions to the "air" are no more draining than grib's or donovan's.
Insert Power Down Sound...
ReplyDeleteCourage,
Mike G.

Poor Ty... he never whipped Bill Wyman's ass on the air, what has he done to deserve being called a powerdown?
ReplyDeleteTy's a good. He'll round up some stange and post it for us.
ReplyDeleteHe is, "Sports Ty!"
ReplyDeletePower up.
Ty makes my blog weeney dance up, down and sideways.
ReplyDeleteTy and Donovan should be on a show called "Ebony and Ivory" and the Ticket Top 10 should go back to be just an hour.
ReplyDelete(sings) Here he is, the power-down, Ty Walllk-er! *powerdown sound*
