What jumps out most is that there is an obvious attempt to continue to work Martellus Bennett in more and more. The problem is that he must start producing big results sooner or later or this project will end. When he throws you 5 balls, you drop 1 and 2 more are intercepted, then you are not going to be high on the radar of anyone making the decisions - Romo or Garrett.
On 3rd Down, we are seeing more of what we have seen all season. Austin is so money it is amazing. 6 balls thrown at him, 6 positive results - 5 First Downs, 1 Touchdown. He is a true "X" receiver. However, disconcerting results continue for Romo to Witten on money downs. The Cowboys - and Romo in particular - need to realize this trend and look elsewhere until coverages loosen up on this old reliable connection -

And now the season numbers. Look at Roy Williams and compare his numbers to Miles Austin. Is Roy teasing us? Or has he finally figured this out? And should we be cynical and point out that his Cowboys career was going to end this year unless he did this or should we just be happy he is doing it?

Here is the true snap shot of Austin on the money down and Witten in the same scenario. The QB Rating to Witten is not a misprint, and it is actually a giant improvement from last week. The Bears and the Titans knew exactly where 82 goes on 3rd Down (and so do you - 8 yard hook to the sticks) and they simply must move on to something else. But, overall, Romo with a 95 rating on 3rd and 4th Down is very strong. Much better.

DB Targets vs Tennessee
Every week we try to determine if Romo was trying to target a particular DB in coverage, and also measure if he is too "right handed" in his selections. Finnegan was the primary right side corner in this game, Verner was the rookie (but seems better than a rookie 4th Rounder).
