Week 14 NFL Stats

Week 14, this past weekend is in the books, and the season is playing to the normal percentages it appears. We had a rare -2 winner on the road when the Giants overcame the Eli Manning Interceptions to beat Philadelphia.

We also had 3 teams lose with 100 yard rushers, Larry Johnson in Dallas, Ryan Moats in Philly, and Domanick Davis who has consecutive games of 155 and 139 in Houston, and the Texans have managed to lose both games. They are not very good.

Week 14 Turnover margins for winning teams:
Cinn E, Ind +3, Minn +4, NYJ +4, Pitt E, Tenn E, TB +1, NE +1, NYG -2, Sea +1, Wash +1, Mia +1, Dal +1, Den +3, GB -2, ATL E

Week 14 totals: 10-2-4 83%
Season Totals 129-34-45 79%

Records for teams that finish:
+6 = 1-0 100%
+5 = 8-0 100%
+4 = 16-0 100%
+3 = 17-2 89%

Bob, while your at it, how about in November, outdoors with less than 70% humidity

And what about games on cloudy days with the winds greater than 20 miles per hour played in the state of Florida?

PLEASE MORE PARCELLS THEATER. Maybe only once a week but it is a great change of pace, and another example of "we can do what they can do, but they can't do what we can do."
