RB Snaps - Game 16 - Eagles

http://cowboysblog.dallasnews.com/archives/2011/01/bob-sturms-snap-analysis-seaso.html

Now, the season totals for our efforts to chart actual playing time for each of the Cowboys 3-RB attack. In the final analysis, the Cowboys had Felix Jones on the field for over half (52%) of the 1029 plays, Marion Barber played the next most, and then Tashard Choice came on strong as the season changed with the coaching change.

In the end, Felix produced 1250 all purpose yards, so you do feel like his future is at least somewhat promising. I would like to see that up near 1500 yards with Rushing + Receiving, but 2010 at least showed he could take the field 16 Sundays and produce a bit with an offensive line that was not helping much.

Choice looks to be the idea at #2 next year and produced 350 all purpose yards. Meanwhile, Marion Barber appears to be at the end of his road in Dallas and accounted for about 425 all purpose yards, with most of it happening with Wade Phillips still the Head Coach.

Here are the final numbers broken out for you:

In case this is your first time to check these numbers, this is all about snaps on the field - not touches or run plays. This is merely intended to see who is on the field and who is on the sideline for the Cowboys offense.
